Annual Review and Business Plan now available

The Liverpool Direct Limited Annual Review 2011/2012 and Business Plan 2012/2013 are now available to download.

Our Annual Review focuses on on our achievements, performance and growth as an organisation. During 2011/12 we maintained an emphasis on 'placing the customer at the heart of everything we do' and improving the quality of services which we continue to deliver.

Our Business Plan sets out our targets and objectives for the year ahead as we continue to develop our business with mission of being the 'reference point for public - private partnerships within the United Kingdom'.
