Joint stakeholder briefing

The first edition of the Liverpool Direct Limited and Liverpool City Council Joint Stakeholder Briefing is now available to view.

The edition of the briefing outlines the performance and achievements of the partnership during 2010/2011 including highlights from Revenues and Benefits service areas, information around some of the latest developments from the partnership, including the recently launched Online Benefits Calculator which has improved the way residents access information about their benefit entitlement and the briefing also highlights the positive improvements that have implemented into the Careline Service, representing significant cost savings to Liverpool City Council.

The Joint Stakeholder Briefing will be released quarterly and will be made available to all stakeholders including customers via the Liverpool City Council and Liverpool Direct Limited websites. The briefings will contextualise the achievements of staff by reporting on how the partnership is improving services to the people, businesses and organisations of Liverpool.
