Liverpool Direct Limited endeavours to minimise the environmental impact of our activities, processes and services by utilising best available techniques as appropriate, as identified in our ongoing environmental reviews.

In particular we aim to:

• Ensure effective waste minimisation, segregation, recycling and re-use where appropriate.
• Reduce energy usage and increase efficient use of natural resources.
• Reduce water consumption and waste.
• Keep stakeholders aware of environmental issues by promoting our stance on the environment and offering assistance if required.
• Induct and educate all employees on environmental issues.
• Regularly review our objectives, targets and training to reflect changes in environmental thinking.
• Make the Environmental Policy available to Customers, Suppliers, Stakeholders and the Public.

To achieve such environmental improvement, Liverpool Direct Limited has set, and will maintain, review and revise, environmental objectives and targets with the aim of continually improving environmental performance.

Liverpool Direct Limited is committed to the prevention of pollution, continual improvement and complying with all appropriate legislation and regulations.

It is mandatory for all employees of the organisation to conduct work in a manner compatible with the company's environmental policy and objectives. We ensure that all employees are aware of the environmental policy, procedures and instructions (intranet) and the environmental implications of deviating from planned activities.

Liverpool Direct Limited conducts regular environmental reviews and audits of all its operations to ensure compliance with the policy and is committed to being an environmentally responsible organisation by actively improving environmental performance in accordance with the ISO 14001 standard for environmental management.
