We have an exciting opportunity for you to be part of our growing Contact Centre team based in Liverpool City Centre. You will be part of an evening and weekend team of multi skilled advisors providing first class customer service across numerous services whilst keeping personal KPI’s within specified parameters.
We are offering part time positions working a range of evening and weekend shifts across 7 days.
Reporting into the Team Leader, you will have a keen customer focus and a proven track record in delivering excellent customer service. You will be a rapid learner with excellent organisational skills and an ability to thrive in a team environment.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, professional and committed individual with excellent IT skills.
