The programme has been branded under the Liverpool Way theme and is delivered by Liverpool Direct Limited's Learning and Development Service.

All courses are delivered by highly qualified trainers with specialist knowledge and experience. Delivery can take place either in our excellent training facilities or on the customer's premises, with our team of Learning and Development co-ordinators taking care of all booking arrangements.

i-Learn catalogue - a training catalogue that enables you to browse and book more than 100 different training courses online in specialist areas such as:

  • Leadership and Management Development. 
  • IT skills. 
  • Office Administration. 
  • HR skills. 
  • Equality and Diversity. 
  • First Aid, Health and Safety and Manual Handling. 
  • Project Management and Finance.         

Customer support services
We offer customer support services and training solutions for a range of management systems including Investors in People, Investors in Excellence, the European Excellence Model (EFQM), ISO14001, ISO 9001.  

These management systems provide a framework for managing and continuously improving an organisations policies, procedures, processes and business performance. 

We can also help you develop and think through your learning and development strategy, workforce development plans or team seminars and workshops.
