Liverpool Direct Limited is now an affiliate member of the Credit Services Association (CSA). The CSA is the only National Association in the UK for companies active in relation to unpaid credit accounts; debt recovery agencies, tracing and allied professional services. The association was set up to regulate the credit services industry and its history dates back to 1902. The companies’ knowledge for commerce remains second to none and all CSA members adhere to a strict code of practice; which has become the benchmark for best practice in the industry.
The principal aims and objective of the Association are to:-
