LDL maintains its excellence in quality status

Liverpool Direct Limited is delighted to announce it has successfully passed a three yearly assessment and therefore retained the internationally recognised Quality Management ISO 9001 for the whole Company.
ISO 9001 is World’s most established quality framework, currently being used by around 897,000 organisations across 170 countries worldwide. It sets the standard not only for quality management systems, but management systems in general.
Last week Liverpool Direct Limited played host to a team of assessors that reviewed all our key processes and our effectiveness to ensure that the company meet the standards and quality management systems of the ISO 9001.
In the Assessors report it was stated: “The picture is of an excellent and very well managed Company, with a high level of commitment from all staff.”
Cllr Joe Anderson, Leader of Liverpool City Council and a Board Director of Liverpool Direct Limited stated: “Liverpool Direct Limited retaining this standard demonstrates its commitment to quality, its customers, and a willingness to work towards improving efficiency by all its staff. I am truly delighted that the assessment went extremely well and yet again we have been reaccredited with this highly prestigious accreditation.”
